The HHB Series pairs an open drip-proof electric motor with an oil-fired burner, delivering a 150°F temperature rise above ambient to cut grease and baked-on grime that cold water leaves behind. Five models span 300 to 2500 PSI, so the series covers everything from light steam work to heavy shop duty on a single frame size.

Key Features

• Belt-drive triplex pump with ceramic plungers — the belt turns the pump below motor speed, so it runs cooler and with less vibration than a direct-drive. That's what keeps the pump alive under daily use.
• Schedule 80 coil with stainless-steel wrap — heavy-wall pipe takes repeated heat cycling without failing at the welds, and the stainless wrap resists burnout around the burner.
• Racor fuel filter and water separator — pulls water out of the fuel before it reaches the burner. Water in stored diesel is the most common cause of burner failure in the field.
• Electric motor instead of a gas engine — no engine exhaust and far less noise, which makes it workable in bays where a gas unit isn't.
• Adjustable thermostat and detergent injector — dial the outlet temperature to the job and meter chemical at the gun instead of pre-mixing.
