Walk-Behind Manual Push Sweeper | KM 70/20 C
Manual push sweeper for hard floors, indoors and out. The KM 70/20 C sweeps a 36-inch path with no engine, no battery, and no cord — the main roller is driven off both wheels, so it works the moment you push it. A dust filter captures the fine material a broom throws into the air, which is what makes it usable inside an occupied building.
Pricing available upon request. Freight is quoted with your order.
Applications
- Spot cleaning and daily upkeep in areas from 2,000 to 20,000 sq. ft.
- Warehouse aisles, loading docks, and shipping areas
- Shop and production floors
- Building entryways, lobbies, and corridors
- Sidewalks, courtyards, and parking areas
- Post-event and after-hours cleanup
Key Features
- Wheel-driven main roller — both wheels turn the brush, so there's nothing to charge, fuel, or plug in. No runtime limit and no dead battery at the start of a shift.
- Dust filter on the exhaust air — traps the fines a broom kicks up. This is the difference between sweeping a stockroom during business hours and having to wait until the building is empty.
- Six-step roller pressure adjustment — set brush contact to the surface. Light on smooth sealed concrete, heavier on rough or textured floors, so you're not burning bristles or leaving material behind.
- 46 lb. with a folding handle — one person lifts it into a truck bed, and it folds down to store against a wall instead of taking floor space.
- Home Base flat top — carries a waste can along with you, so dust, debris, and trash come out of the area in one pass rather than two.
- Roller and side brush lift clear of the floor — bristles don't take a set while it's parked or in transit, which is what usually ruins a sweeper brush.
- Lockable container and wheels — stays put on a trailer or a sloped dock.
Why Choose the KM 70/20 C
- Nothing to maintain on the power side: no engine, no motor, no battery pack — the wear items are the brushes and the filter, both replaceable without tools.
- Faster than a broom by a wide margin: Kärcher rates area performance at roughly seven times a push broom, covering 30,100 sq. ft/hr with one side broom and 42,200 with two.
- Works indoors and outdoors: the same machine handles a warehouse aisle and the sidewalk outside it, with no ventilation question either way.
- Two configurations, one decision: single side broom for aisles and open floor, dual for edge work along walls and curbs on both sides.
- Dealer-supported: brushes, filters, and parts through Hanson Industrial-Peoria rather than a catalog order.
