Stationary Electric Cold Water Pressure Washer | SEA Series

Wall- or stand-mounted electric cold water pressure washer for permanent wash-down stations. The SEA Series runs off building power in a stainless or mild steel cabinet, with no engine, no burner, and no exhaust — so it can be installed inside a plant or wash bay and plumbed to reach outdoor work. Fifteen configurations span 1000 to 3000 PSI across single- and three-phase power.

Pricing available upon request. This product is manufactured to order. Freight is quoted with your order.

Applications

  • Indoor wash-down stations and permanent cleaning bays
  • Food processing and packaging facilities
  • Manufacturing floors and equipment cleaning
  • Fleet and shop maintenance
  • Plumbed outdoor plug-and-wash points
  • Any site where a fixed station beats a portable unit

Key Features

  • Tri-plunger oil-bath pump with a 7-year warranty — belt-driven off the motor through dual V-cogged belts rather than direct-coupled, so it runs slower and cooler. The warranty length is the manufacturer telling you what they expect out of it.
  • Accepts inlet water up to 145°F — if your building already has hot water, you can feed it in and get heated cleaning without buying, fueling, or servicing a burner.
  • Fully electric, no combustion — no exhaust to vent, which is what makes permanent indoor installation practical where a gas or oil-fired unit would need engineering.
  • Cast-iron pulleys adjustable with two bolts — belt tensioning is a five-minute job with hand tools instead of a service call.
  • Thermal pump protector and inlet strainer — dumps water before heat builds in bypass, and keeps grit out of the pump on plant water lines.
  • Stainless or mild steel cabinet — stainless for washdown and corrosive environments, mild steel where the ambient is dry and budget matters more.
  • Compact 31 × 21 × 16 in. footprint — mounts on a wall bracket or floor stand and stays out of the working area entirely.

Why Choose the SEA Series

  • A station, not a machine to move: mounted once, connected to power and water, and always ready — no staging, no cords across the floor, no fueling.
  • Heat without a burner: feeding 145°F supply water covers a lot of what hot water units are bought for, with none of the burner maintenance.
  • Built to be serviced in place: belt drive, adjustable pulleys, replaceable inlet filter — the wear items are the accessible ones.
  • Configured to your building: 120V single phase through 460V three phase, so it specs to the power you have rather than requiring a new drop.
  • Certified performance: CETA-certified to within 5% of listed flow and pressure ratings — a third-party check, not a factory claim.
