Its blend of complex phosphates, alkaline builders, and non-ionic surfactants delivers the alkalinity and wetting power to penetrate baked-on road film, and it's formulated to be safe on all wheel finishes — no acid or HF to pit or etch. High-foaming for extended dwell time and free-rinsing when the job is done.
